based on the request of attorney Trepashkin M.I. of September 10, 2012 examined the effectiveness of all the texts, starting from the first work, created by Grigori Grabovoi in printed and electronic form, and of images in these texts, all audio recordings with his voice phonograms, all video recordings with his image for effectiveness on the declared goal of salvation and harmonious development.

For the purposes of the assessment of efficiency, the commission was provided with all existing texts of Grigori Grabovoi and the images in these texts, all audio recordings with his voice phonograms and video recordings with his image.

Examination of the effectiveness, based on the declared in the works the goal of salvation and eternal harmonious development, of all the texts of Grigori Grabovoi in printed and electronic form, and the images in these texts, all audio recordings with his voice phonograms and all video recordings with his image.

The indicated works were registered in the name of Grigori Grabovoi as the sole owner of the exclusive copyright to all works in the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress of the United States with the following registration data: TX 7-485-879 of August 9, 2011.

Grigori Grabovoi was registered as the sole author of all his works, and as the sole copyright holder for all his works in the GERMAN copyright society VG WORT. The knowledge in the works of Grigori Grabovoi are conceptually set out to allow carrying out continuous self-learning.  The author’s works of Grigori Grabovoi contain created by him knowledge of salvation and eternal harmonious development that cover the main areas of human activity.  The control of the knowledge contained in these works gets out to the practical level defined in these works. The theory of the new society has been developed in the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi; the main values of this society are knowledge, information and creation, the development of spiritual potential, and ensuring eternal life of all.  The works of the Teachings include the developed informative and practical bases of eternal life knowledge control that can be characterized as a widespread concept of knowledge control in all the spheres of activity including science and education.  Through the use of the works of Grigori Grabovoi direct formation of the «technologies of the knowledge control» takes place as a set of specific methods and techniques to ensure free circulation of knowledge, their generating and sending them into the sphere that ensures eternal life of every person and all living things.

The aim of the training, based on the curriculum on the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi and the results of the practice of Grigori Grabovoi on control for the purpose of salvation as well as of the results of people who practice the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi, is the creation of the system of knowledge control and its use  at the level of educational institutions, which teach eternal life to ensure eternal life to all.

This shows that the acquisition of knowledge and the knowledge control according to the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi, being at the intersection of different disciplines, is a brand new and actual in today’s environment direction, that makes it possible to really save the world from a possible global catastrophe, and to ensure real eternal life to all the people and all living things.

The knowledge of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi represents an independent value, moreover it gives rise to multiplicative effect related to other areas of human activity, and simultaneously it contributes to the level of development effectiveness of all areas of human activity towards everlasting development of all people.  Thus, in the contemporary world, the knowledge, which is difficult to replicate as the asset and the method of its accommodation, becomes the source of advantage instead of a prime location at a certain time.  Moreover, the focus here is not only the knowledge creation, but also its movement and use in the society due to understanding by the members of the society of the need of eternal life of all.  To ensure this the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi include theoretical, methodological and practical parts. The practical part includes the results of application of the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi for people to understand the reality of getting the results, extrapolation of which proves the possibility of ensuring eternal life by the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi.

The theoretical part of the Teachings of  Grigori Grabovoi is scientifically justified in his works: “Applied structures of the creating field of information”, “Unified system of knowledge”, “Research and analysis of fundamental definitions of optical systems in prevention of catastrophes and forecast oriented control of micro processes”, “Irrational methods of prevention of global catastrophic processes that represent a threat to the entire world”, “Education system of Grigory Grabovoi”, “Consciousness structuring”,  “The principles of resurrection and every day life”.

The method of biological effect according to the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi is the technology of setup of man’s consciousness by thinking so that, based on the corpuscular-wave nature of the world, to create a resonance wave of light of man’s consciousness, which ensures the control of the wave nature of the world.  As the world at the atomic level consists of microwaves, through the training of consciousness based on the Teaching of Grigori Grabovoi, man can develop the spirit to the level where the wave processes of the world, and therefore the physical processes may occur due to the actions of the human spirit.  Thus, people will be able to combine the atoms of their bodies that operate on the biological principle so far and become invulnerable and forever living.  Thus due to the developed consciousness and spirit, due to the developed in such a way the soul level that receives knowledge from the Creator, man will be able at any moment to assemble his body at the physical level.  Generating by man of normalizing bio-signals that appear with thinking and concentrations during the process of use of the works of Grigori Grabovoi were described and protected as a method by the patent of Grigori Grabovoi «Method for prevention of Catastrophes and Device for its Realization.»  The description of the patent reads that the method of application of the action, which “generates bio-signals, further contributes to normalization of the situation in the zone of the supposed catastrophe”. The description of the patent includes scientific, instrumental and practical based on results justifications of the method of normalization of events with the normalizing bio-signal. The system of transformation of a thought into the light radiation for transfer of information for the purpose of normalizing control and learning that occurs with thinking and concentrations in the process of use of the works of Grigori Grabovoi is protected by the patent for invention of Grigori Grabovoi «Information Carrying System”. The description of the mentioned patent reads that “According to the wave theory of synthesis and the laws of quantum mechanics the thought transformed into radiation can simultaneously have two quantum state (see Grigori Grabovoi “Research and analysis of fundamental definitions of optical systems in prevention of catastrophes and forecast oriented control of micro processes”, «Electronic engineering, series 3, issue 1(153), p.10)”.   «The declared information carrying system works as follows. A man who generates thoughts is an operator (not specified) who transmits the information.”  Thus, the transfer of data to any system by using thoughts was patented. Patents «Method for prevention of Catastrophes and Device for its Realization» and “Information Carrying System” can be used for normalization of state; for revitalizing each shattered human cell and consequently the whole person with normal health.  According to the description of the patent «Method for prevention of Catastrophes and Device for its Realization» the destroyed or damaged human cells status refers to the catastrophic state of matter of natural, but not man-made nature.  The text of the patent reads, «for the natural disasters the area of the catastrophe origin has characteristics with radiation higher than of other parts of the element by 20-28%”.  Therefore, the task of the specialist, who uses the technologies of the patent, is to place the destroyed or damaged cell near the picture of the healthy human tissue cell and reduce by 20-28% the characteristics of radiation emanating from the destroyed or damaged human cells, which indicate non-functionality of the cell.  According to the description of the patent it is required in the device to activate the system of signal registration and the emitter, which generates signals that contribute to normalization in this zone.»  “The emitter that generates the signals”, as described in the patent, forms assembled based on the light radiation wave nano systems, that collect atoms and molecules in the state, in which they are in a cell of a living person.  With a small volume of the device crystals constructed based on the patent and single action of nanosecond pulses of the laser radiation and short time work human operator who generates bio-signals, restoration of life of a single cell is implemented.  Increase in the volume of the device crystals or the use of microprocessor systems, plurality of nanosecond pulses of laser radiation and increase of the duration or strength of work of the human operator who generates bio-signals, a continuous recovery of an area of many cells takes place.  With the increase of the power of work of the recovery system, which acts in accordance with the patent, restoration of all human cells takes place, that is, the person is returned to life.

The practical results of Grigori Grabovoi on forecasting and diagnosis of aircraft, spacecraft and in scientific research works

 

From the evidence of Veremei Boris Ivanovich, test pilot of the Flight Research Institute (FRI) of Zhukovsk,

…Grigori Grabovoi on November 27, 1996, gave me a tape recording of the conversation with my wife Veremei Inna Andreevna, in which he, by the method of extrasensory analysis, described the technical condition of aircraft TU-144LL before the first flight on November 29, 1996, and the forecast of the events a few days before the second flight of aircraft TU-144LL on December 11, 1996, to Chief Designer Pukhov A.A. and the crew members. The extrasensory forecast of Grigori Grabovoi was confirmed on the following positions:

• Vibration the front fender (“FF”) at a height of h = 1700 m because of the above zero temperature of the external air, and the offset of limitation of “FF” on the number M = 0.4 to a height less than assigned by the flight task (H = 2000 m).
• Grigori Grabovoi provided extrasensory forecast of the failure of the pitch pointer (PP). The failure occurred in the first flight. The crew, having received recommendations from aerodynamicists and FRI on this account, safely completed the task and made landing;
• Grigori Grabovoi forecasted a failure in the control system; the failure in the system of automatic control took place in the first flight. The failure became apparent due to the oscillation of the aircraft’s longitudinal and lateral pipe.  The dangerous regime was discontinued, the forecasted failure was eliminated for the second flight;
• Driving of the aircraft left from the longitudinal axis of the runway during take-off and run after landing;
• There was confirmed forecasted by Grigori Grabovoi of the failure of the height indicator (of co-pilot), of the system of air signals and the discrepancies in the readings of the IVM (an indicator of vertical modes) of the right and the left pilots in the second flight;
• In pre-flight inspection, Grigori Grabovoi forecasted the failure of one of the channels of the system measurements. The defect was confirmed when the records were decrypted on the land after the second flight;
• Confirmed the failure of the front wing (FW) that was not completely pressed to the fuselage when retracting in in the air. («The Practice of Control. The Way of Salvation”, Publishing House Soprichastnost, 1998, v.2, pp. 235-236)

From the protocols of Grigori Grabovoi’s forecasts on the docking of orbital station “Mir” of the Russian Federation and space shuttle “Atlantis” of the United States for the period from September 27, 1997.

Immediately after the task had been given Grigori Grabovoi using just his clairvoyance set out his reply to the task in the form of the following forecast:

Item 1: The docking of space orbital complex “Mir”, Russia and space shuttle “Atlantis”, United States planned at the end of the day of September 27, 1997, will take place.

Item 2: There will be a deviation from the axis directly before the docking.

Based on the comparison of the forecasts of Grigori Grabovoi with the practice we conclude that all the forecasts of Grigori Grabovoi were a hundred percent confirmed.  One hundred percent confirmation both of each forecast and throughout the volume of the task suggests that Grigori Grabovoi, when diagnoses the space technology only through his clairvoyance, instantly gives hundred percent confirmed forecast throughout the total volume of the task.  Based on the described facts we can conclude that it is necessary to use clairvoyance in the prevention of malfunctions and accidents in the space technology.

The task was given in the Space Mission Control Center of the Russian Federation. The task was made by the deputy head of the Space Mission Control Center  Blagov Viktor Dmitrievich. The task was formulated in the presence of the employees of the SMCC, Professor Viktor Timofeevich Novichkov and corresponding member of the MAI Yuri Georgievich Titov.

From the statement by Valery Ivanovich Kornilov, head of the Department of chemistry of carbohydrates of the Research Institute of Physical and Organic Chemistry of Rostov State University, Soros Associate Professor of chemistry of natural compounds of the RSU, informing that Grigori Grabovoi by using his abilities of clairvoyance, accurately described the speed of the process of cyclization-recycling of organic matter.

The solution of the task, which was formulated in Rostov-on-Don, took place in Moscow (Solyanka Street, d. 14/2, Office # 110).  The written reply was given by Grigori Grabovoi almost instantly:  transformation occurs at a rate 5 times per second for a solution at 25°С.  This data were subsequently confirmed after analysis of the NMR spectra.

From the statement of Lev Petrovich Olekhnovich , Dr. of Chemical Sciences, Soros Professor, head of the Department of chemistry of natural and high-molecular-weight compounds of the RMT and Kornilov Valery Ivanovich, candidate of chemical sciences, Soros Associate Professor of the same Department, head of the laboratory of carbohydrate chemistry of the Research Institute of Physical and Organic Chemistry of the RMT. The scientists “gave the task to Grigori Grabovoi to choose the preferred option of the intermediate state of chemical process (the date of birth of Grigori Grabovoi is 14.11.1963, the birth certificate II-ОГ No 463794)…”

It is possible to solve this problem by the method of nuclear magnetic resonance and quantum-mechanical calculations.  Though Grigori Grabovoi was neither a chemist in general not the expert in this narrow field of organic chemistry and had no special techniques of study of the structure of matter, he immediately staying in his office (Moscow, Solyanka, 14/2) gave a written opinion in favor of the structure (II), moreover he made an additional conclusion that the third structure not taken into account by us can be realized in the magnetic field.  Grigori Grabovoi could not have known in advance that the authors observe the mentioned process exactly in the magnetic field, which could affect the nature of the intermediate particle.  This conclusion is consistent with our views received on the basis of the experiment, as well as with the views of other experts in this field.

Based on the above, we consider that the forecast given by Grigori Grabovoi is based on the ability for the foresight of processes occurring at the molecular level.

From the minutes of the experimental checks of the ability of Grigori Grabovoi to determine by extrasensory method accidents, the number of the accident survivors and their location, failure of ventilation in mines based on the scheme. The aim of the experiment according to the contract with the administration of the President of the Russian Federation was to establish the ability of Grigori Grabovoi, born on November 14, 1963, in village Kirov, Kirov district, Chimkent oblast, Kazakh SSR, birth certificate series II-OG No 463794,  to determine by extrasensory method the locations of accidents, the number of injured survivors and the failure of ventilation in the mines based on the scheme.

Grigori Grabovoi by extrasensory method almost immediately after receiving the scheme of mine “Vorkutinskaya” of JSC “Vorkutaugol” correctly determined the places of accidents on the diagrams, accurately determined the number of the accident survivors and their location, correctly defined the places of airing failure without time for questions and without knowing the coordinates of the drifts on the ground.
